Returns policy

It is a joy for us in ATTILIO that the choice you made leaves you completely satisfied. Otherwise, you always have the option of returning your order.

• The return period should not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, as required by law for the sale of goods from a distance.
• All products to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant shipping paper.
• The product to be returned must be in the condition received, without damage and must be in its original packaging with all the accessories intact.
• In case the new product has a price difference upwards, the customer is charged the difference. In case the price difference is downwards, the difference is credited to the customer’s account or returned to a bank account of his choice (there may be transfer charges).
• The shipping cost for the return of an order charges entirely the sender, unless the product was defective (in this case you inform us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem quickly).

• In the case of repeated returns by the customer, attilio.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the product, due to the abuse on behalf of the customer of the right for the product’s replacement, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).
