Payment methods

Payment upon receipt of the order at your place. Valid for all orders from any part of Greece regardless of order amount or package weight.

After completing your order, you are automatically transferred to Alpha Bank’s web environment where you can proceed with the payment. Your order will not be shipped unless the payment is successfully displayed in our system, which is usually done within 1 business day. The cards we accept are VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

Immediately after the completion of your order, the details of the account in which you will have to deposit the full amount will appear on your screen. Also in the order confirmation e-mail which you will receive, there will be the same information if you want to make the payment later. Any transaction costs are charged to the customer.

If you choose to pick up your order yourself from our site you can pay in cash or by debit/credit card such as VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO.
