I was born and raised in Athens in a house where threads and fabrics were my first toys.
I studied photography and worked as a photographer. At the same time I dealt with fabric and vegetable dyes.
Fabrics and their dyes were the way which “took” me finally to jewelry.
During the realization of a piece of jewelry, I combined the joy of holding colorful threads in my hands and the satisfaction of sewing by hand…
The feeling that you are creating and the enjoyment that you are designing.
Many times my jewelry reminds me of scarves or cuffs.
It is because I see every piece of jewelry “like what is missing from the clothes”, so that when it is finally worn then you can say “I got dressed”.
